Join our Historical Dragon Kiln Tour! Our in-house guide will accompany you on a journey through the history and heritage of Singapore’s oldest surviving Dragon Kiln, where you can watch a live demonstration of the potter’s wheel, and even walk through the Dragon Kiln itself!
Itinerary:
- Welcome by our friendly in-house guide, followed by a brief overview of Thow Kwang’s history.
- Introduction to the Dragon Kiln’s history and inner workings.
- Walk-through of the Dragon Kiln (if there is no firing taking place)
- Demonstration of the potter’s wheel.
- Q&A Session
- End of session – free & easy shopping!
Duration: 20 minutes (guided tour + demonstration on the potter’s wheel)

Dear Crystal, yes we do conduct tour and hands on workshop.
For tour – $8 per head ( Min. 25 pax) 30mins.
-Introduction of dragon kiln and demonstration on the potter wheel.
For hands on workshop $35 and $50
These packages include Introduction of dragon kiln and demonstration on the potter wheel
$35 – handbuilding ( 1 artwork)
$50 – Handbuilding + Potter wheel ( 2 artworks)

Hi Stella,
We have about 60 pax would like to take up the 30 minutes tour ($8) on 23 Feb 18 at 1030hrs. Any GST charge ?
In addition, we would be having food catering after the tour. Understand there is a surcharge for using the place. Please advise what will be the charge for 1 hr for 60 pax?
